TMCI 42nd General Working
Meeting: Thursday-Friday, Oct. 16-17, 2008

The theme for the 42nd GWM is "Uses of
Agent Based Models and Simulations." Presentations and discussions on the
first day of the GWM will be devoted to this theme. Discussions and
presentations on the second day of the GWM are expected to be wider ranging and
cover topics of national or international security interest.
NOTE: The 43rd General Working Meeting is scheduled for Apr. 7-9
(Tuesday-Thursday), 2009, at
Institute for Defense Analyses.
General Working Meeting fee to employed members:
$50; Banquet fee: $50 per person.
Prospective members may audit the GWM at no charge. If a prospective member attends the banquet, however, a cover charge will be assessed.
In general, papers are sought on subjects of current defense and national security interest. For example, military operations research papers, historical analysis articles, and foreign travel observations, have been presented at recent GWMs. Participation is international in nature. We have members from America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Annual dues: $40 to employed members, and $25 to student and retired members.
